Text messaging is so lost on me. I don't get the lingo and there are so many things you have to press before sending a text message. I finally had my teen teach me how to send one because my brother texts me and I always had to call him back to respond. I still only text when I have to. It seems that most kids with a cell phone today instinctively know how to text.

I find it's so much easier when I don't need to have a complete conversation with someone. Or if I'm sending my husband to the store after work, I can just list what I need rather than relying on him to listen to me AND write it down correctly. ;-)
