For quite some time, I was using the gym at work during lunch 3-4 times a week. Then my schedule changed and I spend the most time in a clinic with no real gym equipment to speak of. I got lazy and haven't worked out for a long time. Yesterday was my first day back on the wagon. Monitored my calories and did well yesterday. Today, not so much. Had to go out of town and didn't take food with me, so I ended up eating out. I'll try again tomorrow!
