I got my treadmill and have been trying to do a half hour each day plus my workout on the Wii. My lower legs are really sore though. I think I may have shin splints. From what I have been told I just have to work through the pain to make it better. Hope that it goes away soon. I have lost a total of five pounds since I started three weeks ago. I can't wait until my body gets used to walking more and I can start doing longer and faster on the treadmill. I am so motivated for the first time in a long time. I am doing better controling my emotional eating breakdowns. However I did cave last night after a stressful moment and eat popcorn before going to bed. The popcorn did not have any butter on it though so it wasn't much calories.
