Honeydew's are great. Green so a little off putting, but they usually come in a "fruit platter" at the store. Not as much of a bitter after taste as the cantaloupe.

Thanks for replying to my Question Of The Day posting. If we hit the lottery I'd do a disappearing act to make Houdini jealous, taking my wife and the cats with me of course! We play 2 tickets twice a week, the same numbers over and over. Maybe one day God will smile on us but for now the funds go to local schools so that helps the neighborhood students. hi! i cant believe i just revd your note today! wow you must be so proud of your daughter! i understand about there not being any jobs even for your teens..my youngest son was laid off in jan and still cant find a job..thank God for unemployement and that he lives home..at least he can pay his car payment and insurance..hopefully they find something though even a couple of hours a week..its good for them to get a job when they are young as it gives them some responsibility and cash! try not to overdo in the heat..at least you can use it to your advantage..haha God's Blessings, Barbara
