I'm so proud of myself...I took two walks yesterday! My morning walk with my son, then another walk later in the evening with my husband, son, and dog!! It was very encouraging...

So far, so good...I'm still losing weight, slow and steady!! Only 45 more pounds to go 'til I hit my goal weight!!! (so far I've lost 29 pounds since last March!!)
