Hello Gorgeous, No those potatoes were not leftovers. Hubby created them himself. He found the dressing/marinade at the grocery store. He was only supposed to get a bag of potatoes!!! LOL, I never know what he'll come home with. Sometimes I wonder why I don't weigh 2,000 pounds with him around! Other than that, just hanging on and waiting for Spring and some warmer weather. Hi Denise, I know feast or famine time with the computer. We have been so busy lately sometimes I'm not sure what end is up! LOL, kids are growing like weeds and just getting smarter and smarter. I may have to go back to school to keep up with them. My oldest went back to college last night. Last week, we registered our youngest son for kindergarten! We are all over the board with the stages of the kids....Hehe, keeps us busy and hopefully I'm not getting any older! Tell me what you've been up to. It seems like the year has taken off and isn't slowing down yet. Usually January is catch your breath month, but, not this year? LOL, Write when you can and stay warm and healthy, Michelle

Hi Denise, Kevin had a heart attack! he's only 48. He's a Family Practice Dr. but we closed our office due to Ins declining payments and he works emergency rooms. Luckily he was working when the heart incident occurred. Then 9 days after 2 stents they became 80% blocked and he had an episode of unstable angina. So, back into the hospital, a 2nd heart cath, and this all occured on the 23rd! His parents are strange, haven't spoke to me in 4 yrs, cause him stress, they came unannounced, then other family came. Kev is doing well except for the bronchitis/pneumonia cough he has. He is suppose to go back to work this Friday and do the slower easier Er's for awhile. My daughter injured her ankle on NYE 2nd degree sprain/salter fracture! The kids went back to school today, yea! We had a mini ice storm, bad for Lubbock though. I'm ready for some peace and quiet! How was your holiday? Tell me about your family.

Hi, thanks for the friend invite. Sorry it has taken so long to get back. Happy New Year! My husband was in and out of the hospital as a patient, he's a physcian! All sorts of family came into town totally unexpected during the holiedays. I have not been online much. Look forward to getting to know you! Welcome!

Yep. We had a bug circulate in my house while I had a lot of family staying with us for the holidays. At one point, we had four people vomiting. It was so horrific, my husband and I just laughed to keep from crying. It felt like something out of a movie. We are done with the puking, and my extended family finally got well enough to go home. But my youngest daughter and son seem to still have some leftover digestion issues from it. Hope you are well and have great plans for ringing in the New Year!
