Hey Pat. How was your Friday? Wanted to let you know the clock arrived last night. Yea! The clock was broke. Boo hoo. I sent a note to lydia, but wanted to follow-up with you, incase the address was a generic inbox. I was wondering about how to exchange or RMA the bad one for a working one? The actual mechanics of the clock are not anchored to the face. The entire assembly spins free with no way to meep the correct time. as the hands rotate the leverage spins the drive assembly. :-(

Thanks for getting back to me! When I hit reply- it allows me to type the post and then when I hit post, it goes to a blank page and I lose it all. I have to hit refresh and then it goes back to the original page and it is like I've done nothing. I had to reply by posting a new thread instead of a response. I'm looking into the flash update for Firefox- I don't know.

Hi! Not sure if I'm in the right place, but I have a question about the Fairy Site. Since last night, when we try to "Play", (enter Neverland), we're getting a message that says, "Could not initialize AppController". Is the website having trouble, or is there something we can do? Maybe you can point me in the right direction? Serena

The entire page is inactive for me. I have gone to it directly and I have tried going there from links on other sites as well as links from emails from them. I am befuddled.
