Okay, now I'm really confused. How did you pick the options not only for your photo, but your family as well. I must be missing something, because I'm looking! Help! Thank you.

Hi Kristina, How do I change my pic to a different looking character? I see how to download a photo, which I tried, but when I click to add it after it gives me the option to, nothing happens.. So, then I was trying to find where to change the photo provided to a different animated one and I cannot seem to figure it out. Thanks!
