I need help! I do not s bscribe to Family Fun but I always look at the issues at the kids' dentist office. I am looking for the pattern, directions for making a belt from a man's neck tie that appeared in the magazine maybe even as much as a year back. I want to make these with my women's group at church to distribute to the students who come to school without a belt. In our district, belts are required for students 3rd grade and up. We live in a rural area where the unemployment is very high just like most places around the country. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
