Did great yesterday ... but this morn I am starving. I need to find a low calorie filling food!
I am bumming... hurt knee, no running for a few days.
I know what I need to do, but now to apply it!
Did not feel well the other day so I have not been eating much....
Went to run but mostly walked fast...went about 1.5 miles!
