Great start, just oat bran for breakfast ... let's see if I can keep it up all day
I have decided I must do something so I am going to try today to eat right all day ... NO junk!
I feel like such a blob ... and as soon as I think diet I become so hungry ... it's a curse
I hope the humidity breaks soon so I can exercise!
