We review flagged content and enforce our Terms of Use, in which content must never be:

Took off some work time today to go for a run/power walk ... go me!
Nothing yet ... I need to schedule at least half an hour a day to walk!
Hurt shin ... guess I had best hold off a bit. Just what I did not need, another excuse!
I managed two good walks this week ... it's a start
I ran and walked yesterday then a bike ride with my little one ... hoping to do it again today!
My little one loves riding her bike so I am going to put on my running clothes and go with her!
I give up ... need to find a way to get more hours in the day
and then nothing ... I need to tweak my schedule and put running in it!
