Been working out on my WII Fit . Lost another 1.5 pounds!! Did Yoga and strength training this morning.

Worked out on my WII Fit this morning. I'm loving it. Was able to bring my WII Fit age down from 50 to 35 in only six days (from the time I got it to now) So I am VERY pleased!!

Got my tax refund today, so I was able to get my WII Fit! I am soo excited!! I set up my profile but then I had to go to work, so I will workout on it after the kids go to bed.

Had a healthy lunch today. Chicken ceasar wrap and apple crisps with a tea. I'm proud of myself that I am able to eat less now and get filled up.

Actually, I didn't exercise today, because I had to run my daughter around today to get stuff for her science fair project. By the time we got home, I was beat.

Been doing good maintaing my weight. But I'll be glad when I am completly over my cough (from my bronchitis) so I can go full force at my exercising again.
