Worked out this morning on the WII Fit for 30 minutes, plan to do another 30 minutes later tonight. Ate a healthy lunch today. Go me!!

Not too happy..I gained back 2 pounds. Today was my first day to work out in 5 days though. So upset with myself =(

Did 30 minutes of aerobics and 15 minutes of strength training on my WII Fit. Told you guys I love that thing!!
