i have found working out very difficult as well i can last the first week and then i get bored and i stop i think that i will try this "i should" way of thinking and maybe it will help me out.

i think that the time capsule idea is great, i am going to try it with my son he is in kindergarten now and this will be a great thing for us to do together.
