My family loves my "stuffed omelets" that I always make the Friday after Thanksgiving. I simply put the egg mixture in a buttered skillet, and add a thin layer of stuffing and shredded cheese before folding the omelet closed.

Oh, that is too familiar. I cannot say that I have been whipping up a full Thanksgiving meal with the heat of summer adding to the pressure, but everything else you mention feels like the holidays in our home.

Our family loves Balboa Park. Being from San Diego, we also bring visiting relatives and friends. The boys love the aerospace museum, and when they were younger, they adored the model train museum.

The beauty of this recipe is that the beer reduces down so there's not any alcohol left, but there's a great caramelly flavor imparted to the links, especially if you use a dark beer like red ale.
