My name is Christopher and my celebration story is visiting Walt Disney World for the first time and proposing to the woman of my dreams at Cinderella's Castle. We were engaged on December 18.2008 at Cinderella's castle as the fireshow spectacular show began. Orginally, I ws supposed to propose to Jennifer on Christmas Day but when I first entred the Magic Kingdon on December 15, 20098 I knew I was going to propose to her at Disney WOrld. The castle was mezmorizing and I wanted to make Jennifer a princess for the night. I had called Disney and emailed them to think of different ways to propose to her but all the ideas I presented to staff they were not able to agree to. Eventually, I decided it be better to propose in front of the family. However, when I saw the castle I decided to propose to my future wife at Mickey'd very Christmas parade and waited for our engagement ring to be delievered to our resort. During the dayof our proposal, we visited the Animal Kingdom. I was not in the best of moods b/c the carrier had not delivered my ring. I was sweating bullets at Animal Kingdom and I had to make sure I can keep my fears a secret. My fiance cannot go on many rides because of an accident so she told me to go on Mount Everest. As we waited in line all I wanted to do was kiss her and ask her to marry me right there. I love her so much and all I want to do is make her happy. After the ride, I acted as if I was dizzy and I said do you mind if we go back to the resort. I dropped Jennifer off and picked us up dinner . Jennifer fell aslepp and finally the carrier and delivered my ring to the front desk. In the bathroom I am testing the video camera to make sure I was working it correctly. I woke my princess up and told her to get ready. ( I love her but it takes her entirely too too too too long to get ready matching make up with the clothes she had green and red makeup on for the first paade b/c it was a christmas parade and she was wearing a green and red shirt.) As we entered the magic Kingdom she saw Pooh Bear and Eyoere and wanted a picture. I obliged to her request but wanted to rush to the front of the castle. Eventually, we made it to the front and watched the parade. As soon as the fireworks began I slipped the video camera to a Disney employee. Jennifer was laying on the ground looking at the castle so she was oblivious. I kneeled on the ground and looked at her and said Baby stand up. As lovely as she is her response was "No, your crazy." I replied I want to dance under the fireworks please stand up ( I still have no idea why I said that) she looked at the people in back of us looked at me and said leave me alone dance by yourself. I will look ridiculous. So, I asked her to sit up and she said ok. I went on one knee and said Jennifer, I want to spend the rest of my life with you I love you with all my heart and I proceeded to take the ring out of my pocket. She looked at me and the ring and looked shocked. I didn't know if her answer was yes or no. I said Jennifer will you be my wife. She said yes and as she slipped me the incorrect hand I placed the ring on her correct hand. She laughed at wrapped her arms around me so tight. THe videotape did not come out b/c everyone in the family wanted to see her reaction when I was asking her to dance but it was too dark. It was a remarkable vacation and I do not know many people that can say on their first trip to Walt Disney World they were engaged. We are now preparing for a Disney themed wedding and I am marrying the woman of my dreams.
