Hi Carol. I live in Jacksonville too. I am having my breast cancer surgery next week. Who was your surgeon? Mine is DCIS so not invasive, still in the milk ducts. Since it is in two spots I decided to have the breast removed with reconstruction. Even though the other breast is clear so far I am having it removed too so I don't have to go though roller coaster again and be worried year after year. Where is Jacksonville are? Hello, I saw you have had a battle with Breast Cancer.... I just want to show my support. My mom battled 3 yrs and unfortunately lost that battle 2 yrs ago.... with that life experience in seeing what she had to face and fight I truly admire the strength of others who have also been faced with the horrible disease... my prayers are with you and your family for all its worth.... Keep the faith, because no matter how hard it gets it is going to be better. As far as loosing your hair, I don't have hair, and it does not take hair to make a real Mom or woman. Just put you on some make up, and some earrings in your ear, and take it all off. Do you know that bald is sexy in women as well. I cannot seem to get the men from talking to me, my head is bald and I don't think that I will ever grow hair. I have a nervous condition, when I get nervous I would pull my hair from the roots, and so to stop doing that I decided to take all off. you can visit my web site to see what I am talking about.
