Morning Michelle, Community hub is where they high light a parent and a group every day. They "sum" up your personality from your posts and profile. It's just a fun way to have people meet you if they don't know you. Same thing for the groups. This way you learn about groups you may not know exist. We are having wonderfully cold weather this week. It's only supposed to get colder too...AUGH! On a lighter note, I have to register my youngest son for kindergarten tonight. Gosh, where has the time gone? Boy, oh boy, talk about mom not being ready for that to happen. Who am I going to play with when the baby takes a nap? LOL, guess I'll have to figure that out. Have a great day, chelle

Hi Michelle! We got just a dusting of snow yesterday morning. It was nice - made everything white again after all the sand and salt that got dumped on the roads. I don't mind the sand and salt - keeps me from slipping and sliding! But it does make the snow look more like mud. What a great idea using phyllo instead of pie crust - far fewer calories. I'm going to try that! I use phyllo to make baklava and Greek spinach pie, but that's so many calories because you have to brush each layer with butter before you use them. I started using butter flavored non-stick spray as well as the diet butter-flavored sprays in the dairy case (Fleishman's, for example) between the layers instead of brushing with butter or Smart Balance. The phyllo isn't quite as rich, but it's still crispy. Have fun with the kids today. I hope you have great weather. We're getting ready for a deep freeze! ~Belle~

Hi Michelle! Thank you for the warm thoughts. The weather outside is frightful, but I'm inside so I'm a happy camper. We're probably going to get a foot of snow by the time this is over. Quiche is fun to make! There are so many different combinations. My favorite is cheese, broccoli, onions and mushrooms. What are you filling your quiche with? Have a great day! ~Belle~

Hi Michelle! Thanks for letting me know about the car. I'm glad all is well with all of you! It's so easy to have an accident in the snow with snowbanks, ice, skidding, etc. Enjoy your run of good weather. We're getting another storm tonight which promises to dump up to a foot of snow on us. Oh well... it's better than the ice storm we had a while back! Have a great weekend! ~Belle~

Hi Michelle! I hope all is going well. We're getting ready for more snow over the weekend. I am supposed to go food shopping today. I bet the stores will be crowded because everyone has the "stock up" mentality! LOL Have a great day! ~Belle~

Hi Michelle! It's raining ice pellets right now. The roads are terrible! My daughter just left to go to work and is on the cell phone telling me how slippery it is outside. All the towns around us have school delays or closures except for us. They must think we're tough! I'm a coward when it comes to ice. What happened to your car? I hope all is well. I'm glad you're going to get it back by the wend of the week! Have a great day. Stay dry. :) ~Belle~

Michelle - I think you and I are getting the same storm system. We're actually getting snow and sleet, so we'll be doing a lot of sanding and salting. Then the temps are going to drop. We won't have a freeze this time if the town puts down enough salt. I'll keep my fingers crossed for both of us! I can't believe the weather in December. We haven't had that much snow in December in a long time. Yesterday grandbaby went back to school and everyone went back to work. I agree with you - it's great to get back into a routine! I like the holidays, but it's time for everything to get back to normal. This weekend we're going to take down the tree, and that will be the end of it for another year. But it was fun while it lasted. :) Have a super Tuesday! ~Belle~

Michelle, maybe that's why it was 50 today...to put a little "Spring" in your step :) Don't worry, you'll get the fever. Cant see you not coming up with something creative and awesome. Maybe something themed around flowers? After all, Spring does mean the awakening of Youth! i can just picture the bud of a rose taking shape and then budding to its fullest bloom....ballet kids do that and maybe tap could do a rain storm to help make the "roses" blossom! Stay positive, I know you can do it! Chelle

Dont you just love it when they start getting into a new interest? Hope she loves it. Always wanted to do it myself. Dance of all forms intrigues and fascinates me. My hubby can dance and we have the best time at weddings or in our living room. Ahhh have a great day. The sun is out here and it looks sooo warm, but, it's not but it is dreamy!
