Went to tap class last night. That was a good work out.
This week was another 1/2 pound loss. It's coming off slowly but surely.
I lost 1 1/2 pounds this week! I'm just eating less and dancing a lot.
I get the night off. Watching what I eat though.
Tonight I'm teaching ballet and then I have modern. Should be a good work out.
Tonight I teach for 3 hours. So that will help my activity level.
