Hello Carrie, from the great frozen state of Kentucky! Thank you, and keep us in your prayers! I started a new topic under Current Events: The Great ICE STORM of January 2009! LOL! There is no getting away from the snow! I grew up in SF bay area and moved NORTH if you can believe it! I'm now on a small ranch in the far north of California. We do get snow but it's not bad....Not nearly as bad as Chicago! Here, it's frosty in the AM, but lately just beautiful in the afternoon. The surrounding mountains are snowcapped, and it looks so pretty. I plan on spending the afternoon with my youngest playing outside in the warmth while we still can. Hope you have a great weekend. Our family likes football, so we will probably be parked in front of the TV. Have any ideas for some healthy snacks?

I had stopped checking it for the last couple weeks, because I didn't think it was getting any activity. I tried to post on the Homemade Holidays site to you but it got cranky and kicked me off! I would LOVE the red hot popcorn recipe!!! My husband and daughter love popcorn and it looks great for Valentines day! Please, please, please!!
