I am really excited about the dinner I am making tonight it is so simple yet so good. I saw it in the paper it's called engagement chicken and according to the article if you make this for your significant other you will get engaged soon after. Just take a whole chicken rub it with salt and pepper (optional) then take fresh lemons ( I have also made it with oranges and tangerines) squeeze the juice on the chicken and stuff the inside of the chicken with the squeezed lemon. Then cook according to the directions and it is so tender and soooo... good. Enjoy!!!
