This week has been really hard. We had to go out of town for my daughters oncology check up! So between the stress, the eating on the road, and the lack of exercise I have put about 3 or 4 pounds back on! Wouldn't it be nice if we could lose 3 or 4 pounds in a week that easily? Ahhh, just so frustrating!!! On a great note!!! Emily is still cancer free!!!! Yeah!!!
