Pirates Cupcake Toppers
Claim a tasty treasure by staking one of these pirate flags into a batch of cupcakes. Be a good captain and share them with your crew!

Instructions:
- Print out the cupcake toppers on regular paper or cardstock and cut out each piece.
- Glue or tape the white side of the topper to a toothpick. In the case of the flags, wrap the flags around the toothpick and glue the white sides together.
- Place the topper onto a cupcake and enjoy!
