Instructions:

Print the fortune teller on regular paper or cardstock. Cut out the fortune teller, and cut along all solid lines to create tabs.
Make all folds along dashed lines.
Assemble the fortune teller by securing all tabs to their corresponding pieces using glue or double-sided tape. Start with the A tabs and continue in alphabetical order.

Game Play:

Ask the fortune teller a "yes" or "no" question. Roll the fortune teller to find your answer.
