Instructions:
- Print the frame and decorations on regular paper or cardstock. Cut out the pieces.
- Decorate the frame using the decorations included on page 2. Use glue or double-sided tape to secure the decorations to the frame. For a 3D effect, use small pieces of rolled tape to secure the decorations.
- Tape a photo of your best 4th of July memory to the back of the frame.
