Brief Description:
Tommy is a Peagle - Part Pekingese, Part Beagle. He looks like a beagle with very short legs. He and my 2 and 1/2 year old nephew dressed alike for Halloween. He didn''t mind getting dressed up, but seemed very hesitant to move.
