Brief Description:

Capt. Dobby Finch sails on his boat the Black Purr-el in search of treasure and kitty treats. Even though there is a price on his head, Capt. Dobby is always up for a good adventure. His favorite past time is surveying the backyard while sitting on top his cannon.
