In addition to putting their diaper on backwards -- which really works -- you might want to put big girl or big boy underwear on over the diaper. By the time they are able to remove their diaper, they are also preparing for potty training. You may also hear them say, "I'm a big kid, not a baby anymore!" Use this to your advantage and tell them that big kids wear big kid diapers (pull ups), and underwear. It may be a band-aid solution but chances are they will stop pulling off diapers once you let them know what a big kid they are.
