Sibylla: I make my daughter a part of the process from picking out what snacks she wants when I'm grocery shopping to packing up the snacks for lunch. I keep the snacks on a low shelf in a bowl and she grab the two that she likes and puts them in her lunch box in the morning. I narrow down her choices at the store and make sure that the choices are healthy. She's a picky eater, so she will ask for the same sandwich the whole school year.
