I have a 3 1/2 & 2 year old..need I say more!:)They do not want to pick up their toys or help out so I started an "earning"system.When they do their chores right away they earn a "coin"for their bank.I give them a penny,a nickel,whatever it doesn't matter, their too young!They are jazzed about earning enough money to go to the dollar store to pick out a toy and pay for it themselves!It is working great and it doesn't have to be something expensive that they get rewared with, it could be going to ice cream or buying a present for someone else.I was just at my wits end and this is working great, I thought it would be fun to pass it along.Good luck, we all need it with toddlers! :)
