My daughter had her first period when she was 12. Her sister skipped a period for 4 months right after, and she continued to have her period. Her sister started up again, but this time they aren't in synch. I always thought that girls who lived in the same environment had periods at around the same time, but they were two weeks apart: what is up with that?
