If your child insists on going vegetarian, you can insist that they replace meat with other healthy proteins. Kids can make their own foods that give them the protein they need.   * bean and cheese burritos * scambled eggs * peanut butter on wheat sandwiches   The frozen food aisle also now offers a ton of choices for the kid vegetarian, including lots of delicious meat substitute products.
