I told my son about sex when he was four, almost five, because he asked where babies came from. I think I need to wear a sign around my neck that says "Be careful what you ask me". Anyway, it was fine.
I said that Daddies have "magic seed" and they have to put it in the Mommies in a special place, and I pointed to my belly. They have to get it in there in a special way, and I described it. It's something they do when they love eachother and want to make a baby.
He listen with very few questions.
Not long ago I ask my son if he remembered me telling him that ... he's nine now ... and he said, dryly: "I've been trying to forget it."
