Help! My kid doesn't want to drink milk. . . what should I do?

Many kids who won't drink milk are very happy to eat cheese or yogurt. Buy fun toothpicks and cut up cheese in small chunks. Get plain yogurt and jazz it up with a swirl of jam. Smoothies are another easy way to sneak in some dairy.

Should I buy organic vs regular milk?

There is conflicting evidence on this. The American Dairy Association has produced this FAQ on organic vs. regular milk. But others disagree and believe that organic milk is safer. The best choice is to read up on the differences and decide what is best for your family.

Does soy milk have the same advantages (like calcium) that cow's milk does?

I heard that soy milk has estrogen in it and might contribute to feminizing boys.
