My story about: Nighttime Feeding

Bertaboo9357's story

January 31, 2008

We live in a small two bedroom house. Our two and a half year old son has his own room, and we share a room with our ten month old daughter. My husband works five days a week, and has to wake up at 4:30 in the morning to go to work. Needless to say, when our baby wakes up, Im the one to feed her. Our son was sleeping through the night at three months, because we were able to "ferberize" him. Our daughter however, still wakes up at least once or twice for a bottle. I cant ferberize her because my husband cannot sleep with her crying in the middle of the night, and since he has to wake up so early, we pretty much threw that option out the window. Our house is so small, he cant just go curl up on the couch to sleep either. We are out of options. I know this is supposed to be a story, but its turning into a question, and a cry for help. I have posted this question on alot of other websites however, with little, to no help at all. I would like to get her to sleep through the night by her first birthday. If anyone has any suggestions, please HELP!
Signed,
A frazzled, mother who would just like to sleep through the night also.
