Routines
Have patience as you are trying to create a routine that works for you and your baby. When starting out, let the baby dictate what is best for them. They naturally know when they are hungry, sleepy, etc. Slowly move their schedule to a more routine schedule picking one thing such as sleeping to focus on at a time. Give yourself time to get them into a new rhythm and don?t get frustrated when outside influences change things up now and then. Grandparents visiting, doctor?s appointments and even weekends tend to make even the best laid plans fall apart at times. Don't worry, you will both get it eventually.
