Peple go back and forth on the caffeine issue - should I really have no caffeine while breastfeeding?

With today's advanced technology, data can be found on every side of an argument so always err on the side of caution when it comes to controversial issues like caffeine and breastfeeding. If you can't go without a daily cup of coffee, try to cut the caffeine by ordering a "half caff." Chances are if you made it through pregnancy without too much caffeine, you can go the distance through breastfeeding as well. Maybe you can plan a post-pregnancy, post-breastfeeding eating binge and scarf-out on all the other food restrictions like; sushi, soft cheeses, hot dogs, cookie dough, and all the caffeinated drinks you want!
