Breastfeeding and Alcohol
Can I drink, even a little, while breastfeeding my baby?
Of course you don't want to drink a ton and then nurse your baby. That's bad for many reasons: your own dehydration, the passing of alcohol to your infant to name a couple.
Rumor has it that beer (in moderation) can improve milk supply.
Does anyone out there "Pump and Dump"? Is that safe and effective?
