Buy breast pads. If you experience let-down, these are great to cover up the leakage that drenches your clothes. Breast pads come in two varieties, disposable and reusable. Both work well and are pretty easy to find. One word of vanity when it comes to breast pads, if you are wearing a tight fitting shirt or white shirt, they are pretty noticeable because of their shape. So if you are prone to let-down your choices are a noticeably padded top or a wet top.
