Breastfeeding and Fertility
While you are nursing you may find your sex drive has diminished. You may also experience some vaginal dryness, which can be relieved with lubrication. If you are trying to get pregnant, ovulation kits help but you can also begin to chart your basal body temperature and your fertile mucus. Once your period begins again, even if you are nursing it is much easier to chart your fertility.
