In my house, dinnertime is the witching hour. I need dinner on the table and I need it fast, but unless I start thinking about dinner at ten in the morning, which I never do, I wind up serving yet another box of mac and cheese. I dream about serving my family something delicious, nutritious, and special.

Well, my dreams have just come true. Dream Dinners has several locations in Los Angeles. Their stores are designed like restaurant kitchens. They have cooking stations all prepped for an assortment of gourmet meals. You choose ahead of time (on line) several meals youd like to make, at a convenient time. You go in and they have a station waiting for you. In twenty minutes I made chicken tettrazini and a pork roast! My favorite part was that when the recipe called for brown sugar, I looked up at my station, and there it was. When the recipe required cranberries, there was a canister of cranberries with a little scooper resting in them right in front of me. For a non-cook like me, it felt like magic. I returned home with my chicken casserole to cook for my family for dinner, and it was delicious. And now, I also have a pork roast in my freezer all set to go for when my parents come to town for the holidays!

Imagine less grocery shopping, less clean up, and less wondering what to make for dinner. The menu choices from month to month are vast. Go on line and see for yourself. The prices are reasonable, averaging about $3.00 a serving.

As a busy mom what I long for is more time, for my kids, for my husband, and for myself. Dream Dinners just found some for me. One of their mottos is, Life just got easier. After my visit there, I felt it really had.
