2 ounces of half-and-half
Place ingredients, along with ice cubes, in a blender for 20 seconds.

Key West Sunset
2 ounces of orange juice
ounce grenadine
5 ounces ginger ale
Pour orange juice and grenadine over ice in a shaker and mix well for about 15 seconds. Strain over ice into a glass, add 5 ounces of ginger ale and stir briefly.

Tropical Breeze
1 ounce of cream of coconut
1 sliced banana
1 ounce of half-and-half
Combine ingredients and 1/2 cup of crushed ice and blend at high speed until smooth. Wet rim of a glass and coat with sugar.

Raspberry Down Under
1 cup of raspberry juice
2 kiwi fruit
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 sliced banana
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt

These are all perfect for summer parties and snacks for when we come inside from playing or the pool and need something quick and cold. Another yummy and refreshing punch I make all the time consists of about equal parts ginger ale, cranberry juice and pineapple juice. Delicious when it's ice-cold!
