Former Wild On host and swimsuit model Brooke Burke, 36, tells ModernMom.com's Mommywood about her plans for the holiday season and shares what makes the holidays special to her and her family. Brooke is engaged to actor David Charvet and is a mom to Neriah, 7, Sierra, 5, and Rain, eleven months. She and David are anxiously awaiting baby number four, due next spring.

Where will you be for the holiday?

Since I am expecting my 4th, I will be in Malibu this holiday season. It will be baby Rain's first Christmas and we're all happy and excited to be home.

What family traditions make the holiday really special for you?

We celebrate Chanukah, light the menorah each night and give small fun gifts to our girls. We also have a big Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve with all of our family in the L.A. area. We open most presents and then and wait for Santa to deliver more in the morning.

What is your favorite gift you have ever given?

Last year I gave David a gold Rolex watch that he had been eyeing for a while.

What about your favorite gift you have ever received?

[David] gave me a pear-shaped diamond necklace that looks like a "Rain" drop to honor the birth of baby Rain. It is so special to me, and one day I'll give it to her.

Do you have a favorite holiday memory that youd like to share with your children?

I always wanted a big family, and the holidays bring us all together. My favorite part of Christmas is picking out our Christmas tree with all the girls and tying it to our truck. We all carry it into the house and then decorate it together. David hangs the lights and we hang all the decorations. At least one night will be our "special" night when our whole family will sleep together under the tree. My girls love that!

What special dish do you love to make for the Christmas dinner table?

David loves roasted chestnuts. My girls look forward to fresh baked warm rolls, and toasting marshmallows. I love crispy turkey stuffing with dates, nuts, and veggies. My mother-in-law brings amazing foie gras from France. Of course, the meal wouldn't be complete without hot cocoa and peppermint schnapps.

What's your family's favorite Christmas song?

I actually love Natalie Cole's Christmas CD and the Michael Buble Holiday CD.
