I have to agree with what the video said about lack of exercise being part of the reason for the epidemic. I know that when I was a kid I was overweight, even with a healthy food plan and portion control. When I started exercising in middle school, the pounds melted away.

It's amazing that in the 20 years since I was in elementary school healthy food has gotten to taste much tastier and become much easier to buy or prepare, yet it's only recently that obesity is skyrocketing.
