It's sad, but truly, not difficult to reverse. Children spend so much time indoors, eight hours a day at school, more at a desk for homework, hours infront of a computer, tv, or video game system.....snacking on chips, drinking sugary sodas....it's not a big mystery why we have an epidemic.

I have to agree with what the video said about lack of exercise being part of the reason for the epidemic. I know that when I was a kid I was overweight, even with a healthy food plan and portion control. When I started exercising in middle school, the pounds melted away.
