You are a truly special MOM...very unique...one of a kind, that every child is lucky to have. You have taught your children well...God Bless You for this, because they will carry it with them always.......
I loved your story... I learned a lot from it, as I think your daughters did! ~ The love of your family can help you to succeed. ~ There's no harm in trying. ~(And my favorite) Fear not! If a 3 year old can do it, so can I! Way to teach us to live Big :)
What a beautiful story. It really makes you think about how siblings love for each other never dies. Its inspiring to me and my daughter to see such a strong willed child succeed and do well and that she didn't give up. As my daughter would say keep your head up and use the downfalls as a challenge to do better in the next stage in life. She said Mom you have taught me to never give up and always go after the dreams that I have no matter what. These are the examples that I teach my daughter if you have a hard time in one instance...Look at the next instance as a challenge and face it head on because you will learn to grow and become a better person.
What a wonderful story on the strength and love of sisters and the parents too. When the going got tough, they all banned together and helped each other through... itn't that what being a family is all about?!
Oh boy I know how that poor little girl felt up there, but sometimes that helps us for the future and makes us stronger! It proves that if you never give up you can do what you want!! Life is good, Live it!!
What we all couldn't learn from your daughter's experience! Her 'failure' was not a 'failure' at all. . . it was a shared experience of how siblings look out for one another. She learned that, no matter what, her family was there to support her. Even though it was her little sister, she came to her aid. She know's she is not alone in this world to share her up's and down's. . . there are far too many children living with an emptiness inside them that would love to have it filled by an act of compassion like the one you have shared. God Bless the innocence.
