What? You didn't peg me as a good candidate for Super Bowl Snack advice? Just because I'm the person who wanders in and says "What inning is it now?" or "Is this a good time for you to come out and deal with a diaper or is your goalie on deck or whatever?" I know. Still, in the spirit of this great American occasion, even though the kids and I are home alone this weekend, and all we're going to watch is a slide show of funny translations of international road and restaurant signs, thanks to a great Daily Telegraph website, well, I do have something to offer all you football snackers. It's Corn Chex nachos. And here's the recipe: Cover a plate of Corn Chex with slices of Monterey Jack Cheese and microwave for 15-30 seconds. Frank's Hot Sauce optional. All the crunch and none of the fat of tortilla chips--plus, a healthy hit of the breakfast-cereal-vitamins that turn your pee an unnatural shade of yellow! Long Live the New York Rangers!
