I've done the disney factor 8 times - We wouldn't book a Disney hotel as you get better value off site. The cheapest Disney hotel is more costly than a good top quality hotel off site - rental is most likely cheaper for 6 - but I don't think you'll get the same atmosphere - I love Kissimme and International Drive - but my favourite area is Lake Buena Windows vista - wherever you go - you always get excellent anyway. I recommend the Wyndham Orlando or the Sheraton Safari Hotel Lake Buena Vista - they're good value for money too. This is a great dinner idea, and one we have used lots in the past. Another way to kick it up a notch, is to make steamed broccoli with chicken strips and a splash of olive oil mixed with fresh herbs. While the pasta is cooking, I use a steamer placed right over the pasta. When the pasta is finished, I drain the broccoli and the pasta, add the cubed up chicken, toss with olive oil and fresh herbs (basil, sage, fennel, or whatever works for you) and serve. We also sprinkle with fresh mozzarella cheese if the mood so strikes. Enjoy.
