Tell Your Christmas Story

When Patrick and Ryan were born, they were preemies, so trips to the mall to see Santa had to wait until they were much older. I had been so excited to have them finally get to see the big guy, and had been hyping it up for weeks. When the day finally came, they seemed ready and willing. And even as we walked up to the front of the line, they were calm, though a bit hesitant. It wasn't until I lifted each onto Santa lap that the chaos began. When the "elf" taking pictures turned to me after this shot was taken, she said, "Oh, I guess you don't want this one, huh?" I said, "What are you kidding?? This is a rite of passage - give me the 8x10 package!" My twins are a bit older now, and even they laugh at themselves when they see this. It's been the source of much joy over the years - a true classic for my family and friends - and now hopefully something to make you chuckle a bit as well!
