Tell Your Christmas Story

First of all, I look amazing.
This is my favorite Christmas dress and when I hit the Mall, I knew I looked good; bright crimson velvet with a green collar and the shoes really made the outfit (don’t you think?).
I thought all of the twinkling lights, bright colors and delicious smells were for me. We stood in a long line for a long time. I was very excited and I let everyone around me know it.
Then my Daddy and I walked down a long red carpet. Finally, I thought as I saw all of the faces looking at me, I’m getting the attention I deserve in this dress.
Then I see my Daddy isn’t holding me any more. As I turn to find out who is..it dawns on me that all of these crowds are really here for Santa.
